Help please!

Hi, recently got rid of internet extender that doorbell was connected to and replaced with another. Went through set up and said it was updating firmware and is now blinking blue 5 times, stopping then doing it again after about 30 seconds. Can’t factory reset Ring doorbell after trying to look how to. Hopefully video will play. Any suggestions how to fix?
