Expired free trial & viewing motions
Hi all I bought the ring door bell 2 and it is great. My one month free trial finished last night and I forgot to do the plan. Anyway the motion went off twice last night and our own security light came on.i have now paid for basic plan for the year. Can I view the motions that happened last night? We were burgled last night so very cautious. The irony is that it has not gone off at night during that month. Typical

I did the same as you and when I paid the subscription, I could only view what had been recorded after I'd subscribed. All of the previous recordings were lost, presumably permanently.
