Disable sound alert when switching between Modes?
Hi, how do I disable the annoying sound alert when I switch between Modes? Thanks!

Ring team: please fix this extremely annoying issue! I use the home mode to turn off motion notifications when I’m mowing the yard and working around the house. The intent is to disable motion recording, but primarily to disable alerts so as not to disturb other users on my account. But changing modes sends all users an alert, which is extremely annoying. When a mode is manually changed, nobody needs a notification to tell them that the mode has changed.

Any update on this, it's really annoying, the reason I switch the mode is to stop the device going off while someone is working outside, only then to be disturbed by a notification of something that I have just done.

Hi @Veghs5. To disable the alerts you get when you are switching Modes, follow these steps in the Ring app. Tap Menu \> Settings \> Alarm Alerts \> Push, then toggle off what alerts you don't want and tap Save. I hope this helps!
