Credit Card Charge for an Unknown Device
My credit card is being charged for a device that is not on my account. Ring says they can't stop this because I'm not the owner of the device account. This is insane. Does any one know who to contact to fix this?

Hi @user_462a29. If your credit card information has been compromised, or is being used by someone else without your permission, I'd recommend getting in touch with your card provider to take the necessary security measures. You will likely have to get a replacement card with new details.
