Cannot play event history vidoes on website
I have several Ring cameras on my 2nd house. Yesterday, I had a theft of a trailer. I can go back and view it with my phone app (Android) but I wanted to show it on my large PC monitor so I can perhaps identify the thief. I cannot do that from the website camera event history. I get "There was an error while trying to play the video". I did some searches and see that many others have experienced the same failure without any resolution (other than what appears to be support bots telling them boilerplate responses). I was able to download the vid to my phone but since it was large, I couldn't easily email/transfer it online. I had to resort to using a physical cable to drag-n-drop it back to my PC to share with the police and others. I am disappointed that I cannot see the videos (or search by date, etc.) on the website. You certainly have the videos safely stored on your system (which I pay a yearly subscription for), but there are not available from the web dashboard? As a software engineer, I know you can do it if you want to. Can somebody help? John
