How do I cancel an order. I’ve ordered and paid for the wrong solar panel but it’s 3am and I can’t call within the 45min cancellation period?

Hi @user81147. An order can be Cancellations, Returns, Missing Items, and Ring Shipping Policies within 45 minutes after the order was placed. Once you’re past that window, the next option is to wait for the order to be delivered, then initiate a return. You can locate the self-service return portal here.
