Hi Guys. If I bought a used (2nd hand) ring device, do I still get the free 30 day trial, even though I do have a subscription with one installed Ring device atb the moment.
Glad you asked @alpha! Free trials are available on new devices after first time setup. Our camera enabled devices all feature a 30 day free trial upon first setup, but you can also see longer trials depending on place of purchase. That being said, a device that has already been setup prior will not have a free trial period.
