Become main owner from shared user

I am currently the shared user on my ring doorbell, my husband being the owner. He has moved out and i want to become the owner. The account is linked to my email, i pay the fees. Changed the password and all. But i cannot switch to owner. Asking him to do anything is not going to happen so Im on my own... any suggestions?
