Address Off Grid & Can't Complete Setup In The App

Hi, I live in Chile and we live at an address off the grid. So because of that the address I put into the app is not coming up. Also when I select manually enter it asks me for my location and I give access, but then it just brings me back to the initial screen asking to put my location in. I am not able to get past the add your location part of the process to link up my sensors, and thus nothing is working. How do I get around this issue?
