Account Lockout due to poltical views / other "errors"

I am increasingly concerned that pay-go service model means that people will be denied service without due process. TOS of course provide all sorts of stipulations about arbitration and the discretion that favors the provider. In the end, you as the consumer have no recourse in this model. As a consequence, I am not going to invest in tech with deep dependencies that doesnt come with protections that transcend the service provder's political predilections. I would love for Ring to come out with a strong pro-customer stance in this matter.
