Subscription taken without notice
troubleshooting
I haven’t used my ring doorbell in over 6 months and I’m moving home. Today I had £49.99 taken out of my bank account. I was given no notice of this therefore wasn’t aware and unable to cancel the subscription. I would like a refund as this is unfair

Hi @user_e7fb0a. A Ring Home Subscription has an automatic renewal. You should have received an email about this. Here in the community, we're unable to process refunds or cancellations, but you can log in on Ring.com, click the Plans tab and manage your account from there. You'll receive a pro-rated refund based on the amount of time user.
