Stick Up Cam Upside Down

This issue appears numerous times in help topics but I could not find it as a feature request. I installed Ring at work (Wired Cams) and when mounted upside down the app allows the image to be inverted. Imagine my surprise when I set up the Stick Ups at another location and found it was not possible to flip the picture. From what I have read Ring claims the IP rating would be invalidated. Someone suggested the option of a disclaimer before being able to invert the image, which seems a sensible compromise. At the very least, customers should be warned that unlike other Ring products, this function is not available. Better still, given it is more likely it will be mounted in this manner, a support should be included in the box. Of course, the workaround is to switch off autorotate on the device, but this is tiresome. As most competitors allow this function, I suspect this is causing Ring to lose business; forewarned I would not have purchased this product.
