It would be beneficial for renters to utilize Ring products. Ring doorbell cam solution for multiple tenants (RingRentals). For example, a Ring doorbell with a simple cam+keypad that supports numerical and alphabet characters . In addition, support for NFC or RFID devices. Mobile devices will be a medium for fingerprint OR facial recognition access to data. Reduce cost by using Mobile device access to data as a requirement negating alphanumerical keypad.
