Provide true QOS support for chime PRO

If you are on most crap American internet services, the up stream bandwidth is a limiting factor for those of us with more than 2 ring camera and living in high foot traffic areas. Proper Qos support would help address multip ring devices flooding the network and creating a defacto dos attack leading to gaps in coverage. Having support for QOS would let me properly shape traffic based on policy or automated measurements of network conditions) This feedback/feature requesy is based on my observations with Wireshark and a used managed Cisco core switch, and our 2 extern floodlight cams and 2 internal stick up cams.
