Outdoor pressure activated alarm and sensor Door mat

So cameras are great but we all tend to set the notifications off at night as people walking past and cats activating are annoying/give false readings. What if you could have a battery operated outdoor mat that has a pressure sensor inside it which only activated if say over a certain Kg steps on it. This could be placed by a front door, Side door, Gate or next to say a motorbike parked in the garden/front driveway. Thief comes along stands on the Mat setting off an alarm from the mat but also triggers an audible notification in the app and the ability to have an audio notification from Alexa devices/ring chime. Obviously the ring battery would be sealed inside the mat like the doorbell, The Matt would have to have little/hardly any obvious “Ring” insignia and like I said the Matt needs to be able to connect wirelessly to your inside WIFI, the app etc, Plus the weight require to activate it needs to be higher than the weight of cats etc to avoid false notifications, Potentially it would link in also with the Ring alarm system similar to the doorbell/window opening type system. My friend just last night had a attempt motorbike theft but due to the locks etc they left all he was left to go on was some lads with helmets on looking around his bike, Having the Mat next to his bike would of sent a alarm off or a audio alarm in his house and he could of been woken given chance to get a earlier call to police.
