Lights are not coming on, on my Spotlight Camera Pro

Hi. I bought the Spotlight Pro purposely to light up the drive whenever someone came up it.  The motion detector on the camera works to so it notifies my phone when someone comes up the drive in the dark, but the spotlights are not coming on.  They are supposed to come on by default so how I am supposed to turn them on otherwise
