How to block posts from one specific neighbor? Perhaps make it a new feature?

Make it a possibility to block posts from a specific neighbor. There is one person who just keeps reposting lost pets from various websites at all hours and it's getting annoying. I don't want to block all animal notifications incase an actual neighbor needs help but I'm tired of this one person just posting every pet related incident for the whole county. Its a waste of my time.

AMEN! I have one user nearby that posts 6 - 8 times a day about frivolous stuff (Is blockbuster closed? When does Waffle House open? etc)I report each of their posts but they just make more. Being able to block them without losing access to people posting real or potential threats would be fantastic.
