Allow users to set preferred language for email notifications

Currently I have a personal project in Argentina that is taking a few years, I have decided to install Ring App Stick Up Cams and other products.All my email notifications arrive in Spanish, including the Two Factor Authentication.The only thing I can think of is that perhaps this might be due to the geographical location.
