Unable to change temperature via Ring App for Honeywell T6 Z wave thermostat

Hi,I recently included Honeywell T6 Z wave thermostat to Ring system. However, I am unable to increase/decrease temperature from Ring app on the iPhone. Pressing the up/down button does not have any effect. Anybody faced this?
