No Push Button Alerts or Motion Detection on Alexa

I have noticed that i no longer get motion detection or push button alerts on my 6 alexa smark speakers. I have done the usual things reset router deleted app and reinstalled made sure that the options are enabled but still wont announce on smart speaker any ideas i am at a loss now.
