It says that I need to enable alexa skill but I already did

    Hi there, @Eddie8! It looks like you've done everything correctly here. Try disabling and re-enabling the skill using the steps in this [help center article](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360050781811-Ring-Alexa-Skill-Stopped-Working-). This will allow for a rediscovery of your devices. Some other steps worth trying out: - Check for any Ring app or Alexa app updates - Make sure you are signed in to the Alexa app and Ring app as the Owner of the Ring device. - Ensure to use the same email for both Ring and Alexa apps to be able to access video features.
