Hi @robertroutledge. To clarify, are you trying to adjust the duration of the chime alert from your Amazon Alexa device like the Echo? If so, you would want to check what settings are available in the Amazon Alexa App to see if you can adjust the duration of any alerts or announcements. There isn't any option to adjust the duration of alerts in the Ring App.
