Can't enable doorbell announcements ring elite

Hi I had a similar issue where my ring elite is connects to Alexa devices but it doesn’t send any ring press alerts or notifications as I can’t enable them I get an error

Hi @Syed4motion. Ensure your Ring app and Alexa app are fully updated to the latest versions available, then follow the steps [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360018032731-Getting-doorbell-press-and-motion-notifications-via-Alexa-Announcements) to enable Doorbell Announcements. Also make sure you do not have Do Not Disturb enabled on your Echo device. Doorbell Announcements are available on Echo Shows and Echo speakers.
