Telephone COntact

I am trying to speak to someone regarding my ring doorbell and everytime I call the number it asks for a vertification code. I can get the verification code from the app but then it tells me to enter in followed by the £ sign - what does that mean? I have tried the * and the # but they dont work.

Hi @user_d6eee0. It is asking for a verification code as the support agent will need to verify you as the account owner in order to assist. After you generate the code from the Control Center, enter it into your phone keypad as prompted, followed by the # sign. This helps speed up the process when you're connected with an agent, as your account will already be verified. If you're unable to complete these steps, you will have to wait until you're connected with an agent to verify your account.
