Steplight failures

Hello - I have installed solar steplights in 3 spots of our deck…I’ve since had two of them fail, first one had water ingress and after messing around with customer service finally got it replaced. I just had another fail…just stopped charging. I’ve replaced the battery, and tried charging via different USB cables…seems the failure rate is very high! Can anyone advise what a good next step is?
