Smart Lighting
Ring Bridge - Numerous Online Offline Messages
Spent an hour on phone with some call center waiting for them to contact Advanced Support in the US - total waste if time. I could have just emailed my questions and waited for a reply - less frustrating! They couldn’t even tell me what the lastest firmware was for the Bridge was - support has gone way down hill - I dread every time I have an issue with ring now - can’t wait to start replacing my products with another company

Has anyone else had their security lighting suddenly jumping offline and online recently? All my other ring devices are fine but this past week or so I've had several lighting devices go offline and back online several times a day.

Did this just start over the weekend? I've been seeing sections outside with my smart lights say offline and back online. I was wondering why. If you have the same issue and time frame there may truly be an issue. I've tried all steps to fix it but it didn't correct this new problem.

BYes, it just started in over the last couple of days. I have two homes under my account, and I am getting same problem at my home and my MIL house

B2nd Phone call was another waste of time - the people that answer can’t handle anything- always need to defer to someone back in the US who never respond

I have been experiencing the same problem. Very frustrating as they continue to go online and offline intermittently. Would appreciate a fix to the problem if anyone has solved the issue.

This is a nuisance and blocking actual important alerts from my ring alarm system, cameras, and doorbell as I am now also flooded by online/offline notifications from my lights. This started happening around Thursday last week.

EI only had an issue with my smart lights. My alarm, cans, and doorbell has been solid. For the last few days everything has returned to normal. I'm still monitoring it closely though.

I’ve had multiple pathlights for at least 6 months now, possibly longer. As of yesterday morning at 7am my lights started randomly losing connection to the bridge. I have not changed anything in months. The batteries all show full. I spoke with customer service last night and he had me reboot my router, restart my bridge and then this morning I rebooted the actual pathlights individually. Has anybody else run into this issue?
