Ring Bridge for GE Plug-In Smart Switch?

Hi, If I am not mistaking the Ring Bridge is based on Z-Wave technology which is very popular for many Smart Home devices. Does anyone knows how to add Z-Wave/Plus compatibility devices by using Ring Bridge? I see there are few GE Smart Switches including other makers too in Ring's product page, so must be a way to add such devices which don't have Ring QR and PIN codes. Thanks, Jack
