Is it possible to adjust the lighting level for the Solar Pathlight Battery when running a schedule?

Is it possible to adjust the lighting level for the Solar Path-light Battery when running a schedule? They come on @ a low level. Are they supposed to get brighter when on schedule & motion is detected? I have them turning other lights using Alexa, and if the schedule is On & motion is detected, the other lights turn On but the path-lights stay @ the lower level. Is there is no schedule & motion is detected they turn on @ the setting I have (90%).
