Dimmer switch on Floodlight pro with Camera

Currently looking to replace current flood light with Floodlight pro with Camera from Ring. Current light is on a dimmer switch, no motion sensor…we basically use the light to light up the pool, outside, at night. I was thinking I could replace that with a Ring and have the lighting as well as security…I assume this would not be able to be managed with a dimmer switch as you would need full power, but is it possible to control the light(on, off, dim) through the app…then be a security floodlight at nigh when we are in bed or away?
