Can anyone tell me where to find the current firmware versions for hardwired motion lights and the ring bridge? the firmware does NOT SAY up to date on device health but won’t auto update either. seeing it on the ring support pages would help. thank you

Hi @docfish. There is not a support page that lists current or past firmware versions. Your Ring Devices should automatically update on their own when a new firmware is available. As you've called out, the Ring app will either say your device is "Up To Date" or "Update Available", at which point your can manually schedule this update. :slightly_smiling_face:

Hi @docfish. I would check to make sure that your Ring app is up to date. Try updating your Ring app to see if this causes a change in what your see for the firmware version. If after updating the Ring app, you still see the same thing, it would be best to follow up with our support team. They will be able to look at your specific account details and find a way to remedy this for you. Please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406). We’re taking additional steps to protect our team and help reduce the spread of COVID-19, so this has resulted in longer than normal wait times. If it helps any, my bridge is running firmware version 180800092. I believe it updated to that version around the time the doorbell 4 and floodlight cam pro were announced. My other lighting devices are A19 bulbs, motion detectors, and the solar floodlight, so I can't help you with the firmware versions for the other hardwired motion lights.

The most recent app update changed the formatting of the firmware version for the bridge to match the other smart lighting devices. My bridge is now showing version 1.8.8-9.
