Urmet 1130/4g-24b

hi, i bought a ring intercom, and my doorbell is a URMET 1130/4G-24B... It's not present in the app, i followed the guide for the 1130/12g, the test works for the "push the external button" and the app detects that, but fails on the "now open the gate from the app", as it triggers the internal door and not the external gate... what can i do to fix this, which is the correct terminal to have it open the external gate? i just need that... thanks
