Ring Intercom Vs Urmet DIS1133-D001 (2 wire)

Hi, I’ve just installed my new Ring Intercom for using it with an old Urmet DIS1133-D001 (2 wire). I’ve used the A connector with A1 and A2 connected as you can see in the attached images. Unfortunately I can’t open the door while I receive the app notifications. Could anyone help me with useful tips? Thanks

Hi, unfortunately, I contacted support 6 days ago and I’m still waiting for a response. Tomorrow I will proceed with the item return.

Hey there :) Sorry I can't offer you a solution to your request, but I you allow me, since you're using Cable A, would you be willing to sell your cable B? I lost mine while moving to my new place and now can't use Ring Intercom :/ I only have the Cable A. Thank you and hope you find a solution to your problem. Cheers Gil.
