Video did not record:(

Question

After a 'missed call' the video did not record for a very long over due reunion between my husband and I would really like to be able to retrieve that footage some how but can’t seem to get anyone on the phone to help with issue. Need a live agent :(

Hi @user_f23d49. Unfortunately, if your Ring device did not record an event then there is no way to retrieve any footage.
