Ring app for multiple installations
I have a Ring alarm system, including ring doorbell and flood light cameras, fitted at my home. I want to fit a similar Ring alarm system to my holiday home. Can I control both alarm systems using one Ring App?

Hi @user_a77041. The Community is for both moderators and users to assist each other. As for your question about the Ring Alarm, yes, you can control two Ring Alarms at two different locations using the same Ring account. Remember, the plan with professional monitoring is specific to each location, so you will need to purchase an additional plan.

Does anyone from the Ring organisation monitor this forum or do they leave it to their current customers to answer technical queries? One would have expected the Ring would be interested in supporting their existing customers and promoting additional sales of their products. When, after receiving multiple unrelated responses from the Support (?) Chat Bot, I asked, “Turing question, can AI think?”, I was advised to ensure my device was powered on. I would appreciate a response from someone in the Ring organisation.
