My camera isn’t picking up certain movements

My camera isn’t picking up everything. For instance it might show someone leaving my house but not entering or completely missing all of it

Hi @user_630281. At this time, Ring Cameras and Doorbells do not record continuously. Motion detection concerns are best resolved by adjusting your motion settings. Check your Motion Zones to ensure they capture common pathways that visitors to your door take, and increase the motion sensitivity as needed. Battery powered Ring Doorbells will also have the Motion Frequency setting available to further refine motion detection. Lastly, the position and angle of your device matters too. If your Ring Camera is mounted too high or low, or angled harshly in one direction, this will negatively affect the motion detection.
