Mode change not syncing across devices
I have two users on my account, both with the app installed on their own iOS device. When one user changes the mode from "disarmed" to "away" the other user still sees the mode as "disarmed" unless they force close the app and then reopen it every time they switch to the app. Should this sync to the app in the background as it does with other apps?

Thanks @Tom_Ring - the apps aren't actually open and displayed on the device but open in the background. Do you know if there are any plans for the app to sync the mode state in the background? It seems strange to have to open then force close the app every time to get the current mode state and isn't something I have to do with any other app. Thanks.

Or if there is no option to refresh in the background can a button be added to force a sync of the status?

Hi @user_947a9a. This is correct. The change will not reflect on both apps if they're both open at the same time. You'll need to exit the app and open it for it to reflect these changes.
