Where have my Christmas chimes gone!

It's that time of year when I want to change my chime and all my Christmas chimes have gone and I have a lame short list. Where have they gone and how do I get them back please? The 'you can now download ringtones' article does not help at all!

All I have is a Turkey gobble, we don't do thanksgiving in the UK, I want my Christmas chimes, what's the point of a ring doorbell if you can't annoy the whole house with a selection of Christmas ring tones?!

Same here, just the turkey which is awful and probably won't even get a real one of those this year. There were loads to choose from last year, just disappointing. They are all short and boring now. Used to love going through the tones but they've even removed that joy.

Hi neighbors! This should be coming by the end of the month. While there is no official eta, keep an eye out for any app updates. While there is currently outages reported for the Ring app and Ring.com, as of Nov 27, 11:44 UTC, a fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results. Once resolved, check back for any updates to the Ring app.

Merry Christmas [@LauraJane](https://community.ring.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/109760) , and [@Darrenwld](https://community.ring.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/109869) , I just got my new seasonal Holiday App Alert Tones today (Nov 27), so it appears they are beginning to be automatically pushed out. If you don't have them yet, it should be very soon as Ring does the rollout. (I'm an Android phone user, on USA east coast area). This year's tones are (not all of these are available on the Chime or Chime Pro, but should be on other Ring cameras and Ring Doorbells): - Deck the Halls - Elves - God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen - Hark, the Herald Angels Sing - H o H o H o! - Jingle Bells 1 - Jingle Bells 2 - Silent Night - Sleigh Bells - I Have a Little Dreidel - Ma'oz Tzur - Oh Hanukkah The Halloween tones are now gone, although the "Thanksgiving Turkey" tone is still there (I guess for a little while longer). Of course, the 'standard tones' also remain. :) :) :)

Hmm, still nothing in UK. Are these supposed to be available for Ring 3 plus? I don't have a separate chime.

I am in the UK, and I have them linked to my chime under devices. We've got jingle bells, deck the halls etc

Thanks Laura Jane. I don't own a chime device, but a ring 3 plus doorbell only. And so I am amaizd that although I got the Halloween rings for the device, Christmas ones are just not there. And I can't see them for my Android app either. Will try and call Ring UK tomorrow. Its just silly

I set a Christmas sound on my Chime in December but I now cannot disable it as the list of Christmas sounds has now disappeared for me to deselect - does anyone know how I can sort this out as it's driving me mad?

Hi @MandaY. To disable the Christmas sound, simply select another Chime sound in its place. This will be saved as your new default tone. I hope this helps.

Hi @user3675 and @Jlhardwick. Ensure you're waiting up to 5 minutes after changing and saving the tone in the Ring App. Also, test the regular tones to see if they're working or if they are also not playing. If the regular tones are working and the holiday tones still aren't playing after waiting 5 minutes upon changing the tones, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406) so they can look into this. If you are outside of the US, please visit [here ](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-gb/articles/213608406)to see how to contact support.
