Unable to find my virgin broadband.
troubleshooting
My ring doorbells are unable to find my new virgin broadband.I've gone through all the trouble shooting guides, YouTube etc.Any ideas..?

It's the ring doorbell 2nd gen. Yeah the WiFi has both the 2.4 a 5 ghz

JHi @user_f33398. That Doorbell does only connect to a 2.4 GHz network, so if your router does have that active, I would suggest giving our support team a call for further assistance.

Hi @user_f33398. What model Doorbells do you have? Does your new router have both a 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz network?
