  I have same issue, doorbell is 6months old been working fine until last few weeks then it keeps going offline. Battery fully charged WiFi is fine every other device is linjed to wifi with no problems. Have reset removed & readded where it then works for a few ours before going offline again. Getting fed up with it now

  I had VPN on my phone, did update recently, sone apps stop working, took VPN off, after it they were okay, thought this could help!

  Hi neighbors, if your Ring Doorbell is offline, first try reconnecting it to your wifi network by following the steps outlined [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360034825092-How-to-Reconnect-Your-Video-Doorbell-or-Security-Camera-to-Wifi). Verify your wifi network name and password is correct, and check if your router is putting out a 2.4GHz or 5GHz network, as not all Ring Doorbells are compatible with a 5GHz network. You may need to split the bands if your router is dual-band. If you're unable to reconnect your Ring Doorbell to your wifi network, try performing a new setup in the Ring app using the steps under Set Up a Device.
