Ring chime not working

I can see my front door from Alexa echo, so I know it’s connected., i have the chime connected through the app but it will not alert me when someone rings the door bell.

Hi @user_446995. You may need to make sure the Ring Chime is linked to your Ring Doorbell in the Ring app. Select your Chime from the Devices List, then tap Audio Settings > Chime Alerts. You can set up an alert for both Motions and Rings here. I hope that helps!
