No audio from ring device to phone, they can hear me but I can’t hear them
I have the ring 3 plus. Can anyone help please, I’ve tried everything? I’ve deleted app and reinstalled it. Checked wifi but still I can’t hear outside. Microphone is enabled. I’ve done all checks.
