Mobile app offline since echo show

Since we’ve purchased an echo show our ring mobile apps no longer work. If I ask Alexa to show me the front door though it will connect on the show but disconnects again after (showing as offline) so we’re not receiving any notifications or rings. Nothing else has changed, I’ve tried reconnecting etc but nothing has worked. Any advice? Thanks!

Hi @user_0c7a86. Can you provide more detail about which part of the Ring app isn't working? Using the Ring Alexa Skill shouldn't have any impact on the Ring app itself. If your Ring Doorbell is showing as offline, you wouldn't receive any alerts. What do you see on the Device Health page in the Ring app? What is the last reported RSSI? This will tell us how strong the wifi signal to the Ring Doorbell was.
