Lost Access to History Videos After Plan Renewal

. I am writing to express my concern regarding my Ring subscription. My plan expired yesterday, and I renewed it today. However, I have noticed that I no longer have access to my history videos, which is quite concerning.Could you please explain why this has happened? I relied on accessing the stored videos for security reasons, and losing them unexpectedly has been troubling. I assumed that renewing the plan would seamlessly restore all previous functionalities, including access to my video
