Gen 1 Doorbell Offline

I have a video doorbell, Gen. 1. The Ring app indicates it’s offline, but nothing I’ve tried has helped: the network connection seems fine, and despite replacing the battery, and charging for at least 12 hours, pressing the orange button, etc., there’s still nothing happening except the light flashes blue (no spinning white circle, etc.). Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    Hi @BruceZ. You can reset the Ring Doorbell by holding down the setup button for 20 seconds. After that's done, attempt a new setup in the Ring app using the steps under Set Up a Device. Make sure you have the doorbell close enough to your router to establish a connection. We have troubleshooting steps to address common setup issues as well.       I am having the same issue with my spotlight since changing my modem, it will not set back up. I have tried everything.
