Firestick landscape view
I just purchased the new 2024 silver from Amazon as a replacement for a 6 month bronze version 2 that corroded almost immediately . When I tell alexa to show on firestick it shows in portrait mode, it also does the same on the Samsung tv alexa app. I have owned 3 ring doorbell 2 versions for 5 years and they all show in landscape . I have tried picture settings on firestick , tv and ring app but nothing will set it too landscape.Also this version came with no protective glass in front of the lens is that normal for this new version.Appreciate the help

Hi @user_077fef. You may need to go in and configure these settings in the Alexa app. You can also try removing the Ring Skill, rebooting your phone, and adding the Ring Skill to see if that helps. If not, you may need to reach out to the Alexa team to assist you with your Alexa device.
