Echo Show does not automatically show live view when Ring Doorbell 3 is pressed

I have a Show 5 and Ring Doorbell 3. I bought the Show so it would automatically show the live view of the doorbell when it was pressed. Although the Show announces someone is at the doorbell when pressed it does not launch the live view. If I ask Alexa to show the front door that works.
