Hi @user76093. It’s possible the Doorbell was physically damaged when it fell. Try fully resetting it by holding down the setup button for 20 seconds. After the reset is complete, try walking through a new setup in the Ring app using the steps under Set Up a Device. If the Doorbell is still not responsive, please reach out to our support team for further assistance.
