Delay in showing visitors on video door bell

I get good quality video from my door bell, however, the person visiting has been there for several seconds (about 10) before the app notification. (postman has been & is at bottom of drive before notification. Good WIFI signal 19 gB/sec. mains powered bell. Help please. Neil
