Change of wi fi
troubleshooting
I do not have the option under my Device Health to change my wi fi details (as per on line info) and have been unable to get a chat response from anything but a bot. Does anyone have any suggestions please

Hi @user_89e732. Which Ring device are you working with? If you navigate to the Device Health tile, there should be a Change Network option under the Network section. You won't see this if you're a Shared User on the device, you must be the Owner.
