2nd Gen Chime not connecting to INternet

We recently upgraded our Broadband. The Ring Doorbell connects fine. When i try and connect the 2nd Generation Chime it gets 95% through and then fails saying connected to Wifi but not internet. We created a 2.4GHz network. If i create a hotspot from my mobile, the chime connects fine. Not sure what within the Wifi settings could cause this?

Hi @user_40d0d2. If your Chime did not successfully connect to your Wi-Fi, but it connects to your hotspot then it means it is some sort of setting on your router that's preventing your Chime from fully connecting. Try rebooting your router. This Help Center page has other steps you can try as well. If you have tried these steps and are still having the same concern, give our support team a call for further assistance.
